  3. Thanks everyone for the wonderful comments. It’s nice to see so many of you who were around near the beginning are still here, and of course your blogs are among my favorites too.

    Cynthia: If I have anything to say about it, it will be a chocolate cake with vanilla icing. Carrots are too healthy for me!

  4. Chocolate cake with vanilla icing may be my favorite too! My Nana always dribbled bitter chocolate lightly over the icing Jackson Pollock style. Very good the sweet & not so sweet together.
    I know you probably have a good carrot cake recipe but I am emailing you the best one I have had yet.
    You know what is good in chocolate cake too? Brown sugar or part brown…speaking of which the remains of my husband’s birthday cake awaits.
    Thanks again for Bifurcated Carrots..it really is a brave endeavor.
