Special note for people requesting seeds!

If you’re sending an email to request seeds or plant material, I need to know where you live.  It’s not good enough that I have to assume you live in the US because you don’t say anything.  I live in Holland and if you don’t too, the seeds will be sent internationally.  Different countries have different rules for this, and in many cases I can refer you to someone closer by.  In addition, different plants are suitable for different climates, and if your climate doesn’t match the sort of plants I have I’m afraid I can’t send them.  If you don’t give me at least a rough idea of where you’re located, I won’t be able to figure these things out, and your email just won’t be answered.

In addition, once we agree I’ll send you seeds I need your address and a name to go along with the address that’s suitable for sending to.  It’s extremely frustrating to be emailing with someone I’m trying to get seeds to, usually for free, and they don’t want to give me their address.  I just don’t have enough time to ask this question repeatedly.  If I ask you once, you don’t reply, then you don’t hear anything more from me or I tell you I’m unable to send the seeds to you after all, this is why.  If you’re serious about requesting seeds and growing them, I expect you to not be afraid to send me your address.  I promise not to use your address for anything other than sending you the plant material you requested.

While it’s not a requirement per se, I hope and expect you will grow plant materials in order to propagate them and share with others.  If you have no intention of doing this, please consider I’m not a seed company and you might be better off looking elsewhere.
