Just reading your blog inspired me to increase my fall planting of garlic! Typically, I only plant a small plot, but this year I’ve doubled the size. Thanks!

Hi Adrian,

I just realized you changed your RSS feed address, and so I haven’t been getting your posts for the last three months. I thought you were being a little quiet! All fixed now.

I understand about the garlic. No problem. I plan to cut back to about half the number of varieties anyway. I just ran into someone in Sweden with more than 100 varieties, most of which I don’t have. I’m going to do some trading with him, and really in the end I’ll have more varieties than I can manage anyway.

Soon to write a post about garlic here. I wanted to send you a head of Aomori garlic as mentioned a good while back. Unfortunately all four didn’t split into cloves. I’m going to plant them anyway… Perhaps another time.
